Small Group Leading 101

This fall I’m going into my 5th year of leading a small group, wow does time fly.

1. Lead yourself well: Walk your talk and live a physically/emotionally/spiritually healthy outside of the group.
2. Show up: Being consistent, present at a specific time and place can’t be overlooked.
3. Truly Care: Whether it’s a text, a small gift, or a meeting for coffee make your members know you care.
